The information gathered on this form will be used to enroll you in Business eBanking (BeB). To expedite this process please review these important notes regarding the application fields.
Login Credentials
User ID and Password
The credentials and user information entered here will be assigned to and identify the Primary Administrator of the Business eBanking (BeB) profile.
Telephone number
This number must be a cellular number to enable enrollment in mobile banking and receive text messages and alerts. You must change the dropdown to read "mobile".
Company Information
Email address
This is the email address to which the enrollment confirmation email will be sent. It can be the same as the primary e-mail address used above.
Additional Tax ID Number
If you are enrolling more than one entity enter each Tax ID followed by a comma, otherwise enter n/a.
Will you create other users?
If you answer no, you will not have the ability to create additional users. This can be changed at a later date.
Account Information
The Primary Administrator must be a signor on all accounts entered on this form. If you are not, the application will not be approved or account will be omitted. Description field will be the display name of the account within your BeB and can be changed once enrolled.
